Outstanding in the Field
The third annual Slow Food Farm Fundraiser dinner was a success. Chefs Nick Seccia and Wesley Barnes lead the cullinary extravaganza "country style" with catering equipment brought on location - at the farm. Several members of the Slow Food Huron Valley Group, including employees of Zingermans Roadhouse, helped with the decorating and tablesetting. Table linens, place settings and chafing dishes were all donated to help make the dinner a tremendous experience.
